Shiv Sena : Making Shiva down his head

I have no idea what made Bal Thakre have his political party's name as "Shiv Sena".

They are making the name of Lord Shiva deteriorate and helping him put his head down with shame.

Shiva, the God of Hindus, is known for his peaceful behavior and is almost scripted as the one who gives whatever his bhakthjan ask for.

But Shiv Sena is snatching away all the boons that Lord Shiva gave to his bhakthjan.

Lord Shiva gave us the freedom to express our thoughts, freedom of speech and freedom to say 'This is wrong', when someone does something wrong. But the Shiv Sainiks are against the basic principle of the Shiva and his helping nature.

The Sainiks must be thrashed and put behind the bars for their atrocities. They are creating nuesance without any specific reason. Mind you sainiks, Shiva is not only the god for Marathi's, He is a God to all the Hindu's across the Globe.

When you say NO to otherthan Marathi's then why are you using Shiva's name? Invent a God for your own and name your party against him.

Google Doodle From India : Other entries

As the Google Doodle competition started, it gave a chance to the Indian kids to showcase their talent in understanding the culture and tradition and rest all about India, for the theme "My India"
As the Talent competition ended, it brought the best from the kids. This proved how much they understand the society, culture, traditions, customs, trends, technology and as a whole the India.
The winner is always one, and it is Puru Pratap Singh in this case, but there are many others who also had great talent and understanding within them. We wanted our readers to look at them and congratulate these kids too.
Most of the kids concentrated on Mahatma, the music, the dance varieties, and the diverse culture and many religions of United India. They all had one thing in their minds, that though we have these many ways in our daily routine that we take, our vision is single and one, it is United India and its growth.Congratulations to all the entries and the winner.

The Google Doodle competition that was announced by the Google for the Indian kids with the theme "My India" and brought into public by the Hyderabad Rocker are declared.



The winner is Master Puru Pratap Singh a 4th Std kid from Gurgoan. The doodle from his hands is shown above. Puru calls his work "MY INDIA - FULL OF LIFE"

I never knew why we had a white paint on the walls of our house. Everyone said its been there.
Now i know the reason. Its for our own good.
Our house with white paint and tops in white reflect the sun rays and keep our house inside cool.
This helps us stay cool inside and reduce the use of electricity and the air conditioners. Thus we will be saving our planet from CO2 emissions.

New Type of Supernova Discovered

An odd star explosion 160 million light-years away might be the first proof of a theoretical new class of supernova, astronomers suggest.
Dubbed SN 2002bj, the blast was witnessed in 2002 and originally classified as a common Type II supernova. These explosions are thought to occur when the dense iron core of a massive star collapses.
But earlier this year Dovi Poznanski, an astronomer at the University of California, Berkeley, took a closer look at the light signatures recorded during and after the explosion.
He found that the blast didn't send out the right kind of chemical elements to have been a Type II event.
Instead the explosion looked more like a Type Ia supernova, a known type of blast that involves a pair of stellar corpses called white dwarfs.
But unlike Type Ia explosions, SN 2002bj blazed as bright as ten billion suns but faded away into invisibility within 20 days.
"Other supernova types typically last about three times longer," taking three to four months to totally fade, Poznanski said.
He and his colleagues therefore think the outburst might be the first known "Type .Ia" supernova—so named because the blasts are only a fraction as bright as Type Ia supernovae and last for just a fraction as long.

Exploding Shell

Lars Bildsten, a physicist at the University of California, Santa Barbara, predicted the existence of Type .Ia supernovae two years ago.
According to Bildsten, a Type .Ia blast requires two white dwarfs of unequal masses circling each other.
The more massive star is made of carbon and oxygen, while its companion consists mostly of helium.
Gravity from the larger white dwarf slowly pulls helium from the surface of its neighbor, and the siphoned gas builds up into a shell around the star.
After tens of millions of years, that shell reaches a critical mass threshold, at which point it detonates in a luminous but short-lived explosion.

Since only the helium shell explodes, both white dwarfs remain intact after the blast, and the cycle could potentially repeat.
SN 2002bj fits this description almost perfectly, based on the new analysis of its chemical signatures and duration.
The find adds to the likelihood that other supernova mechanisms are awaiting discovery, study author Poznanski said.
