Andhra Pradesh the 3rd largest state in India. Secunderabad railway station is the
center for South Central Railway and what else, it is one of the golden ducks for
the Railways.

But the golden duck is used only to give the eggs is of nothing else after that for
the Railways and to the Railway ministry.

In the past 6 years there were no new trains for the state of Andhra Pradesh. And this
year Mamatha Banerjee, has promised the MP's of the state that AP will get many boons
from the Ministry.

But the truth came out as the Minister prescided over her presentation in the Parliament

AP having given 39 ministers for the Congress and the Congress UPA Govt. didn't care
for these MP's words.

MMTS line extension was never mentioned in the budget. When the MP's were questioned
they escaped into their A/C cars.
When the same question was asked to the Manager of SCR, he jumped over to answer

Here I Go

I feel nostalgic when ever i get a thought of going to a movie. Movies and in particular Telugu movies are a part of my life.There is no month in my calender without going to a movie. And there is a strong reason for this. It is none other than the Famous Radhika Theater. It is less than half a kilometer from my home and we enjoy going to it.

Radhika Theater has started giving entertainment to the residents of ECIL and A.S.Rao Nagar and Moula-Ali in from June 1981. And the Theater has never looked back for popularity. It became so popular that the bus stop of the area was named after it.

I specially have a great and good relation with the Radhika theater as the owner halies from my father's native place. I watched many number of movies for free though stopped using that facility i grew up.
It is the best place to watch a movie with good A/C and sound systems.

At last the curtains came down from Radhika as its large screen was pulled and the long walls kissed the ground.
There is a grape vine that a multiplex is going to stand there replacing the 3 decades old theater in another 24 months.

What ever might replace the great icon of the ECIL area, it will surely be remembered by many of us for a long time to come.

A Carbon Spot on Urbanization

Hyderabad has seen a growth which is out of the imagination of any of the predictors.

The development has brought new automobiles with it on the roads. The number of vehicles have increased by leaps and bounds by the year 2004. Well before that the Govt of A.P has come up with a huge road extension plan with flyovers and road expansions.

But all the efforts put by the Govt and all the development that has taken place have gone waste by the end of the year 2009. People and the Govt have used to living with it. In an instance when the rains came in 2009, the home minister Sabitha Indra Reddy herself was stuck in the traffic for more than 3 hours.

This is the fate of the Roads and the traffic in Hyderabad city. With the increasing boundaries of the city and the population of the city, the roads have become much worst and this is also showing an effect on the climate. The last summer, the residents of Hyderabad have seen the heat stay in the city for more than the stipulated 16 weeks. The temperatures have gone up by 3 Degrees than the usual value.

But all these have brought no effect on the Govt and also the people have not asked the Govt for any relief from these traffic vows. One fine day, the Home Minister finding herself with no topic to discuss has came up saying that traffic problems are there in the city and people are responsible for this. How come Govt deny the public from using private vehicles when there is no proper public means of transport available at proper times.

And what next, the Govt has taken over the lands from the railways and laid new raods from Tarnaka till Sec'bad and Ghatkesar to Bibi nagar. There is also an expansion of road till Chevella, the hometown of Home minister. But still there was a huge traffic jam at the Mettuguda X Roads yesterday morning and everyone on their way to office had to delay their swipe In time by almost 4 hours.

And what is the solution. The Govt has come up with many failed and postponed ideas. One is the extension of the already existing MMTS from Lingampally till Uppal via Rama krishnapuram station. And another one is the ambitious Metro Rail Project which was dreamt by the Late YSR.

But none have been finalized in the past 4 years. The Govt has to realize that delaying the rail projects which are for the larger section of the commuters as a public means of transport will further delay the development and will pull down the name of the state for its traffic vows.

Hi All, In continuation of HydRocker team Support towards protecting and saving the Indian tigers, we are getting closer to having a meet with the regional TV News channels so that we can make people know the importance of saving tiger and thus helping in maintaining the ecological balance of the Eco-system.

I know, some of us will have a question by now... saying "why cant we have the tigers in Zoo to protect them?" And the answer is "Tigers are there to be in the Forests and they own those forests well before us. IF we have tigers in Zoo's then the ecological balance in the forests are lost"

Speak 1411 before 911 comes in

1411, sounds familiar? Sounds like 9/11? or 911? But this is not the way we are here to look at.

(Note : The Hyderabad Rocker team will be in Bangalore and Mysore the next month for bringing in awareness among the people to fight the war to save the Tiger from the Poachers.)

911 is there always there for emergencies. But please don't bring the situation where even 911 cannot do anything. There are many things which mankind can build. But they are all limited to the James Cameroon movies.

Tiger, the National Animal of India, is under threat. If the national animal is under threat we are happy celebrating our birthday's marriage anniversaries... If we do the same, the day is not very far when not a single tiger will be left to celebrate its birthday.

How does it feel when India loses a cricket match? Bad! irritating! you remain frustrated all the day! right? If you feel put down if a team of 11 men in blue doesn't perform well.. then what should your feeling be when the National Pride, the most powerful of all the animals The Great Indian Tiger is coming closer to death? only 1411 left..if we still don't speak only 11 can be seen in very next couple of years.....

Hyderabad Rocker team has shown its support to the Save Tiger campaign. But we are not going to stop here. We want your voice to join our voice. We want your words to be part of our sentences. We want you to first join the mainstream campaign and then come along with us to save our leader, The Tiger.

Well its all in the veins of us! The HydRocker team has made itself here only for the reason of exposing the truth and the problems that are being faced and that can be faced by the common man. as early as 14-Jan-2010. But the Govt seems to have woke up for the day only after there were protests from the common man.

As an example we can say that when we wrote the post the food price inflation was at 16% and at that moment itself it was worrying the common man. But the Govt has called up for a all party meet only after the inflation for the month touched 18.65%.

Even the major news papers like The Hindu and The Times of India and the major News channels like NDTV and TIMES NOW and HEADLINES TODAY came up with discussions only after the committee had a discussion.

The Govt should act smart and fast to bring down the prices at the earliest. There are words and actions planned but they are all limited to the paper.

The common man is more important than the GDP growth of 9%. The common farmer's living is more important than attending a dinner with delegates.

The common man's family is more for the development of the country than the Sensex.
