That's the worlds most wonderful place. It is called the Global Education Center - 2, (GEC-2).

Yes, its the worlds largest training center in the world. And whats the new thing, its in India.

GEC-2 is in Mysore, Karnataka. It is built for training close to 14000 employees for Infosys at the world class level standards.

AVATAR : REVIEW

The only thing i could do after watching the movie is to wipe my tears from the cheeks and then later feel happy for the sake that our generation has Cameron.

Though there is a lot of recession going on James Cameron has faith in his script and has invested 2400 Crore and released the movie AVATAR, this December 18th 2009.

I had the luck to watch the movie on the same day of its release though there is a huge rush and which still continues.

AVATAR is a movie driven with the sense of saving the future for our future generations. Cameron has immense talent and potential which have come together with his wonderful and WOW Special Effects team to drive the message home.

AVATAR sends us multiple messages, out of which the main aim of the director is around saving the trees and forests that are being lumberjacked all around the world and mainly in the Amazon basin and Canada.

Cameron also shows the military atrocity that has been taken place in Afghanistan and Iraq and the human rights violation. He shows through his graphics how the suffered felt when someone was trying to kill them for no reason(the feeling of the Iraq people).
In this movie Cameron also warns the Global scientific society of the forth coming dangers for their cloning and other activities that are against the principle of nature.

Cameron shows his due respect towards the Aborigines of Australia and the forest groups of Africa which have been killed for no reason during the times of colonization.

Cameron asks the people of the developed country not to disturb the way the world has to go in its natural path for the reason to exist. He also has asked the countries to try and save the rest life of the Mother Earth from being exploited.

The finally thing that Cameron told us is that there is no place for man to live in this Universe other than our Mother Earth and we cant survive in any other avatar than the Human being.

Students losing their Career

Students of the Andhra Pradesh are losing their education and careers, because of the ongoing agitation from the political parties and anti social elements of Telangana and Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema.

Students have to know that these political parties are here to be provocative for the needs of their political drama. The state of A.P is seeing some idiotic agitations of the century in which the Telangana people and the people favoring the United Andhra are fasting and fighting.

The ones who are involved in these are political party leaders fighting for their political existence. KCR wants to be the CM, he wants power in his hands. Lagadapati is no less in this. He is fighting for United Andhra because he doesnt want Hyderbad to go for Telangana. Reason is clear he will lose making big money from his 1200 Acre international venture, LANCO hills.

But the one who are losing in this game are the students. They have entered the game losing and will lose everything by the time they realize the truth. They have already lost their month of academics. Postponement of the exams, and the result delay in their clearing of the semesters and getting ready for the placements.

So Hyderabad Rocker is requesting every student, not to take part in these kind of activities and only concentrate on their academics.

New Children needed : Part 2 : Spoiling Days

In our previous post we have come up with the agitations that have been taken place requesting new states. We have put some questions at the last and wanted to come up with some points on the same in this post.

Small states which have come up for the requests quoted "Development" as the factor. But will this really help?? and the answer is a BIG NO NO !!!

For the states that are smaller the central govt grants are small when compared to the grants that are released for comparatively larger states. The large funds can then be mobilized to the places that are in need of funds.

Smaller states have governance problems which have been seen in the newly emerged states.

States like Chattisgarh and Jharkhand have seen maosit power and damage.



Damage to students and Education :

Students who have taken part in the agitation have lost 1 month of their valuable academic year.
This will delay their end exams and their by delaying their chances of attending early career interviews.

In a competitive world students should take care of their education and career rather than this

The American Factor : COPENHAGEN

This is in continuation with our older posts on Copenhagen Climate Summit.
In our previous post we asked what is America doing as a Big Brother, as it claims to itself.
NOTHING and we say again NOTHING. We are sorry to say this.

REQUEST HERE : American has global green house gas emissions of 50700 Million tonnes.

American wanted a promise from China and India that they will cut down the Green house gas emissions by at least 20% by 2020 A.D from the levels of 2009. So lets take a look at the current levels of Carbon Emissions of China and India.

CHINA : 1470 Crore Tonnes and
INDIA : 420 Crore Million Tonnes

So 20% of 1470 is 1176 Crore tonnes. and 20% of 420 Corore tonnes is 336 Crore tonnes.

But USA has promised that it will cut their carbon emissions to the level of 1990 A.D. in the Kyoto protocol. Now everyone is requesting America to cut down at least 15% of its current amount of the carbon emissions. But the fact is that the big brother is not at all moving its lips over this. Instead it is asking the African nations and the developing nations of the groups like the BRIC ( Brazil, Russia, India and China) and BASIC (Brazil, South Africa, India and China).

The reason :
1. USA is afraid that keeping the promise means cutting down the domestic growth.
2. It is afraid that the Automobile Industry Gaints of its country will bar the Govt and will stop supporting them in the future endeavors.
3. The Obama Govt is facing the heat from the fire that was set ablaze by the earlier Govt's.

What needs to be done :
1. America has to cut down its carbon emissions back to its 1990 levels.
2. They should keep the promise that they have made according to the Kyoto protocol.
3. They should not force other countries when it is not ready to do the action sought.
4. Should implement the strategies it promised in 1. and 2. without fail.

Challenge to the American Govt.
As the rightful member of the society and the son of the mother Earth we ask the Govt. of USA, will it make at least ONE of their citizen to STOP USING A CAR, for every FOUR of the members of a DEVELOPING nation does???



We respect Obama for his fast steps and words that he and his associates are making, but we need them to implement those said words.

New Children needed : Internal India : Part-1

For the First time the Team of Hyderabad Rocker has decided to come up with an editorial on the Internal issues of India. We have been discussing about whether should we write or shouldn't we write about the New state request and the Telanagana issue and the other aspects under this belt.

Fine, lets get into the issue. Telanagana is one of the three demographical portions of the state of Andhra Pradesh. The other two being Andra and Rayalaseema. Telanagana which was formely the state of Hyderabad a princely state under the Nizam's self-rule came under the Indian Union after the military takeover in 1948, under the then home minister Sardar Vallabhai Patel.

In the Year 1953, after the death of Sri Potti Sriramulu, requesting a seaparate state for Telugu speaking people, On October-1-1953 Andhra State was formed with Kurnool as its capital. The Andhra State has got the parts from the Chennai Presidency state.In 1956-Nov-01, Andhra State was merged with the Telanaga and Andhra Pradesh was formed with Hyderabad as its capital. After the state of Andhra Pradesh has been formed there have been a couple of upheavals for a separate Telangana and "Jai Andhra" for a separate Andhra in the years 1969 and 1972 respectively.
Telangana, a demographic part of the Andhra Pradesh has 10 districts with a population of over 3 crore along with the state capital Hyderabad.

Now we discuss about the recent upheaval that has come up and that which has forced the UPA govt. to come up with a late night statement that they are in favor of giving away a separate Telangana.

KCR, the chief of TRS, former leader of TDP has separated to form TRS for the statehood of telangana, with TRS as a political party instead of a rights demanding organisation. TRS went to polls in 2004 with Congress as its ally and won a majority of seats in Telangana. But the process for the request of a new state was not started and thus TRS MP's and MLA's resigning from their posts.

This time KCR, who lost his grip in the state politics and Telangana as well, wanting to make a come back has started a fast-onto-death on Nov-29-2009, abandoning it on Dec-09-2009 after the center's decision that they will start the process for the formation separate Telangana.

With this the requests for new states, as many as 13 have come up. The reason for this asking is that smaller states will contribute to better development of the region and help in raising the standard of living of the people in the newly formed state. BUT WILL THIS BE TRUE IN REALITY?? IS THIS WHAT HAS HAPPENED?? HOW FAR IS THIS FEASIBLE??

We shall discuss all these Issues in the next coming post. Till then stay tuned.

Failing Hopes Failing Gods : COPENHAGEN

Where are we going to be next?

Am really happy that i wont be alive after 2100 A.D.

I should be thankful to God for giving me birth in the last century.

"At the start there was darkness, and then God said let there be light and there is light"......

But the above truth ends there, Yes! and of course.

Now there is nothing that going has to do and can do!

God now has no option to say nor does have the freedom to express the ideas.

Reason??? You guessed it right !!! and its our world leaders who have now taken the lime light.

We have given them a chance to be the next Gods and the path showers for the next generation.

But our current Leader God's have failed and they are thus making US(We) fail and there by making the whole mankind and God to fail.

They are at the same stage and have been made to assemble there to take a decision on "Climate Change"

The God's are now with their EGO and attitude have failed to show the path. They are unable to take a decision to save the MOTHER EARTH. They have failed and failed largely with no decision coming out even at the 14th day of the Climate meet.

They have used the stage to blame each other, to show that they are ready for a change, but not actually taking any steps to it.

Mr. barack Obama, President of USA and the Nobel Peace Prize winner, also known for his "Change! yes we can!" slogan has failed to allow the change to come in. Obama has largely failed as he was unable to come up with a definitive plan, and didn't act as the BIG BROTHER as he considers USA.

Mozilla : Update: Multi Process Plug-in

Yesterday I landed multi-process plugin support in mozilla-central. By default, this capability is disabled, because there are still some serious bugs. But if you are willing to suffer some temporary instability, we could really use some help testing Minefield nightlies with out-of-process plugins (OOPP).

Currently only Windows and Linux support multi-process plugins: mac support requires additional work. To turn OOPP on, visit about:config, find the pref dom.ipc.plugins.enabled, set it to true, and restart your browser. Please report any crashes or instability in bugzilla: product “Core” component “Plug-Ins”. Where possible, please be as detailed as possible in bug reports:

* Operating system: please be specific about Windows versions, since Windows XP and Windows Vista deliver some Windows events differently;
* Page visited;
* Plugin data from about:plugins;
* Whether turning IPC off fixes the problem (Note: flipping the pref usually requires restarting the browser to take effect).

There is one major known bug right now: any plugin which is installed in a path with spaces fails to load. On Windows, this affects almost everything except Flash. I hope to have this fixed in tomorrow’s nightly. There is a tracking bug for all the known issues which prevent us from turning on OOPP by default.

14 Days : Time to Save Mother Earth

Firstly ,Thanks for all those who have mailed us with some encouraging words for our posts and comments.

In line with the sequence of our articles that are asking the countries across the world to pay attention to the climate change , we have some other points here again.

HR team committed to a better society has mailed to many of the prominent politicians across the globe
Some of the content from our mail
1. To concentrate on to bring in a resolution instead of have heated arguments.
2. We, in our mail requested them not to have fingers pointing to each other about what has happened.

3. Please don't find out each others mistakes to save oneself, instead find out a solution to save mother Earth.
4. We have put a request not to discuss any political issues on the floor, including the Afghanistan, Pakistan and China and India border issues.
5. We have requested them not to make the platform of the Climate summit a political platform.
6. We have also requested them, not to make any political statements.


7. The Ice at the Arctic circle is melting at a faster rate and there by causing huge problems to all the nations (not just a few nations) and the coast areas of all the nations. We requested them address this issue.


8. There are a number of scientific observations and experiments and activities going on in the Antarctica. We reaquested them to post the results of all those experiments and assure all of us that there is not going to be any potential damage done to the continent.

Google Vs Bing

There's has been a lot of talk these days about the Google and the Bing. So what next, why late?? Hyderabad Rocker team tried out some things with the Bing and the Google. Firstly we present you with the Maps, the favorite of us all.

We have tried to see the Wipro and the Infosys campus of Hyderabad using Google and Bing.

and the result, Bing wins the bet over Google.
The Facts :
1. Point to note here is that Google has not updated its maps after its launch.

2. The zoom option in Google is only till 0.8 KM where as Bing goes close to 30m. and the quality of the images are also good in Bing.

3.Th findings are applicable to all places across India

Where should India Stand NOW??

On the view of the Copenhagen summit nearing, we the Hydereabad Rocker(HR) team have made a small survey with a groups of 4-5 and 15-20 people from different sections of the society and on the whole around 3000 people. The awareness of the climate changes and the discussions of these were known to all. Indians are now getting their piece of news they want, thanks to a number of news channels both in English and as well as local languages.

Developed Nations
Coming straight to the point from the survey, many opined that India should not make any statement to cut its carbon emissions in the percentages, but however can promise to have a cut only if the developed nations do it and show it first well before or at least by 2015. They also have pointed out that as the developed countries have seen the fruits of technology and development, its now their time to help the developing nations have their piece of cake.

China and Brazil and Canada

The survey points pint also to China. China has been mainly seen as an obstacle for India's growth. Its not because China exports large volumes to USA, but because China is forcing India to cut the carbon emissions even when it has the worlds highest emission rates.
Brazil has also come into the picture, but for a different reason. Many of the people who were part of the survey wanted Brazil to stop deforestation that is going on in the Amazon basin.

At the home, Indians have kept themselves away from cutting trees and have put the deforestation count to the least in the past 50 years.

The survey also points out a finger at the Lumberjacks of Canada, who are cutting down trees at much faster rate than it was somw 15-20 years ago, thanks to the new methodologies and machines that have come up. The people of India also want this cutting rate to come down

Only One Earth : Save it for our better

Firstly : Sorry for keeping my self away from Blogging for morethan a week. I was busy with my project delivery and etc.

WE HAVE ONLY ONE EARTH, SAVE IT . NASA has not found another nor will be able to create it.

Coming to the post, lets discuss the climate issues and the promises that every individual country is trying to make and also trying to get the same from other countries too. But how does this climate conference at Copenhagen have such a high importance???
The reason is well known to all of us by now.

But there are still many more that we need to know. In the past 15 years of time span the Ice cover in the Green land has gone by 1.2 % and is melting really faster. The Tsunami in the year 2004 has made many believe that there needs to be some check in the carbon emissions and there needs to some way in which we can save the climate around us.

On these grounds most of the countries have come up to sign the Kyoto protocol and which expires in 2012. But the changes are now have become really unpredictable and seems to flow out of hands.

United States of America, considered as the big brother to all after the WW-2 has taken the lead to have a frame work to save climate and reduce the carbon emissions.


But what does USA want from all the countries. 1. Reduce the carbon emissions
2. Put down the percentage of deforestation.
3. Reduce the use of coal as the main source of electricity production
4. reduce the count of vehicles on the roads

this sounds really good, really better to hear from the big brother. But what is the brother doing for the climate??
NOTHING...absolutely nothing from his side. He wants promises from all other countries.

Am not trying to blame the poor , avg. income group of Americans. But the F1 races, bike races, high number of charter flights, usage of high amounts of petrol for these has not come down.

The number of private transport vehicles on roads and interstate have not come down.
So USA has to promise first and then ask others do the same.
